We are adhering to strict hygiene rules & regulations for our salon space, staff and customers, ensuring we are keeping a safe and clean environment at all times. All clients will be asked to fill out a COVID-19 form online prior to attending their appointment. Hand sanitisers are available upon entry, and you must Check in by scanning our QR Code. Clients will be spaced 1.5 m apart , testers, benches and entry points will be wiped down after use.
We understand this is a tough time for all of us and this is why we have altered our refund policy for COVID-19 Cases.

CANCELLATION POLICY for all COVID-19 Cases ONLY.

Credit note of your deposit will be issued with a 12 month expiration for studio bookings.

Bridal Deposits - we are happy to reschedule to your new postponed wedding date with no penalty. If we are not available for your new date, we can offer you a credit note of your deposit to use on any of our services which range from hair, makeup, personal makeup lessons, workshops etc. (T & C. Credit cannot be used to purchase products )

Deposits are non -refundable for all workshops and courses currently suspended as they will resume when restrictions are lifted.
